After shopping for deals and good places to go in for AC repair I found Full Service Master Car Care, since the beginning when I sent the request for an appointment online to picking up my car that same day, pretty smooth and friendly. I highly recommend Wally, he took care of the situation, guaranteed a good job and he did it, Wally went above and beyond to help me with my car needs, offered options, provided detailed information on the car issues, sent me pictures as they did the repairs to my car and just kept me up to date with everything and as a consumer you love that care. I’m definitely trusting this place for any car needs in the future. I highly recommend this place, employees are friendly, very reliable, fast and efficient.

Worst experience ever. First off they told me 65 dollars to see what my ac problem was. And 40 for oil change. Most people charge my Altima 30 for oil change. My total bill was 132. Wow 40 plus 65 doesn’t equal 132. Then gets better I decline there 1,200.00 ish $$ offer to fix my ac. Didn’t ask for my 65 dollars back. They can have it! they checked for problems. GETS BETTER then I call a another place that would do the work for 500 dollars less. GETS better they were 250 dollars over what GOOGLE says is the highest price in the US for that particular AC job. Wow. Rem google says “like between 600-1000 “ for this job. They were 250 $ on top of that. Then the manager was so so so rude to me while my 10yr old was with me. Like be an adult. He wants to argue? Really? Gets all like nervous and sketchy. Long story short I thanked them and took the hit. FULL SERVICE MASTER TURNED INTO FULL SERVICE DISASTER

Hi Justin you came in with an a/c problem and oil change my guy always give a price before we do any kind of service, we understand that it’s very hot outside and that you had your son with you inside with hot air and it’s very frustrating watching your son “hot” I understand that you have been pricing around you also need to understand that there are different kind of quality parts and we don’t like to replace rebuilt or used parts, our parts are ”NEW” parts and it comes with a 2 or 3 year nationwide warranty, like I always say “you pay what you get for” and my guy Wally was very nice to you try explaining to you The situation but you don’t want to listen I’m guessing you where having a bad day, we do apologize for any inconvenience and we do try our very best to help our customers to get a good quality repairs with a warranty. My online appointment request was approved and scheduled (less than 48 hrs). Staff was friendly and informative. My vehicle was diagnosed and photos texted to me. After i approved the work, it was done by the end of the day and runs greats. Will return for more service.

These guys are amazing. I was sent pics of parts that needed replaced before work was done, and then pics of the completed work. As a female, I felt completely comfortable, and in good hands. I plan on taking my fleet truck to them as well. Also we asked for the front and rear brakes done, and they were honest. They said the front were still good.They could have just charged me and replaced the front, but did not. This is a good honest shop. I'll be using them for all of my needs. Everything from oil changes, factory maintenance, and big engine repair on my personal and business vehicles.

Its hard to find a shop that gives good service and good results. Not close to my house at all, but worth the trip. They will even give you a ride home.

My husband and I went to Full Service Master Car Care for an alignment on his 2003 truck. Once there Wally informed us that the truck would need a suspension system. That whoever had done it before had done a poor job. He showed it to my husband and he was sickened by what he saw. Unfortunately, a mechanical friend of ours had done a very poor job on it for us and this was the first time my husband had seen it. Now we understood why our friend told us he could not do the alignment. We told Wally to go ahead and do the job. As Wally got into the job he found something else that needed to be repair. We agreed for him to go ahead with that repair as well. Because the bill ended up being more than we had anticipated Wally gave me a free oil change on my car. We were very impressed with Wally and his crew. They really know what they are doing, are very friendly, and honest. Before doing any of the work, they showed my husband what needed to be done. My husband is quite knowledgeable about vehicles and agreed with the repairs that needed to be done. We will definitely come back and let others know about Wally and his excellent crew. I'm always skeptical when I take my vehicle to get worked on. So I called first and got a quote and gave my time of arrival. The place seemed pretty laid back. Small conversation with Wally(nice and friendly) Maybe a needs assessment on his part could have taken place along with a brief rundown of their process and warranty info as I've never taken a vehicle for an alignment and was and wasn't sure if it needed one(YouTube help self diagnose, go figure).....but you know what? They fixed my alignment to my truck in ample time, no isssues driving off and was very satisfied with the GREAT job they did. I would recommend friends and family!!!!....for at least an alignment job. I never did ask about balance and tire rotation as I also needed. Dang it! 😃
